Your privacy is our priority. We only process booking-related emails and never store or share your personal information. The entire process is automatic and secure. We only store the information related to the booking.

By automating booking detection, we eliminate the need for manual email review, saving you time and reducing the risk of missing important bookings.
Data Retention & Deletion
We only retain booking information extracted from emails while your account is active and up to 30 days after service termination. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time. The full emails are never stored, only the booking details.
Note: You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google settings. SolNow will continue to work for manual booking management, but won't be able to automatically detect new bookings via email.
