At SolNow, operated by Sailing Paradise LLC ("we", "our", "us"), your privacy is a priority. This Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

1.1. Information provided by the user:

• —Account data: name, email address, password and phone number.
• —Billing information: payment and subscription data.
• —Vessel and booking data: information about boats, calendars, rates and bookings.
• —Leads and contacts: prospective customer information entered manually or imported automatically.

2. Use of information

We use your data to:

• —Sync bookings and availability across marketplaces.
• —Centralize and manage leads and conversations.
• —Send notifications, alerts and automated emails.
• —Analyze platform usage to improve the experience.
• —Comply with legal and security obligations.

3. How we share and disclose your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of service providers (sub-processors), and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• —Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf.
• —Payment and subscription processors that handle billing transactions.
• —Email and notification providers used to deliver transactional messages, alerts and automated emails.
• —OpenAI, our third-party AI provider, which processes content you submit in order to generate AI-assisted features. SolNow does not operate its own AI model.
• —Authorities or third parties when required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

4. Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, we may access Google user data through restricted scopes such as Gmail and Google Calendar, solely to sync bookings, availability and lead conversations within the platform.

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer or disclose it to third parties except: (a) to the service providers listed above strictly to provide and improve user-facing features of the Service; (b) to comply with applicable law; or (c) as part of a merger or acquisition, with continued protection of the data.

SolNow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising and is not used to train generalized AI models.

5. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access is restricted and encrypted where appropriate.
