Billing

The small print, in writing.

No minimum: the fixed fee is the floor. The contract runs 12 months and does not pause in winter — which is exactly why the fee is low and the commission moves with the season.
For the channels we process, it is withheld from each payout with a booking-by-booking breakdown. OTAs and agent sales paid in cash are invoiced on the 1st of the following month.
Refund the full amount and 100% of the commission is reversed; a partial refund reverses it proportionally. It is settled with the refund or at the next close, as a credit note or netted off.
Yes, the channel layer, on the gross price that arrives through the integration, invoiced separately. They do not allow booking fees: the OTA sets the price, so that share cannot be passed to the traveller.
The channel layer, yes — on the booking engine and payment links, as a booking fee inside the price from the listing. The agent layer, no: it is a salesperson commission, and nobody passes that to their customer.
It is prorated from the day it is added; removals apply at renewal. A base is a configured point of sale or operation.
No. They are unlimited inside the fee, with reasonable use. The agent only charges when it sells: answering, following up and after-sales are inside the fixed fee.

Do any of these problems sound familiar?

  • Your operation hit a ceiling and adding bookings means adding chaos.
  • You lost control of what happens at each base when you're not there physically.
  • Every peak weekend is a race against the clock and a legal risk.
